; K; y% E3 B: z1 s& a0 ^As a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:
9 H0 p; \" ]* s+ F3 W* a. Q+ D/ o" a( x
- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 8 N- j# P1 d& z& w: u- ^7 C) E- B
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. ! M4 d9 E# l, y) p& z; f
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. 4 [9 K' x) [2 h2 J5 [1 `# L
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
" V ]. I B9 X+ d; m, B: Y- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.

- Previous supervisory experience

- A minimum of grade 12 diploma / J% |5 E G( z3 F
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills . [2 U1 a5 _% w6 n9 v
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations + M" Z( B! A5 F. R, V* l, c* T: c8 |
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.' s9 `3 L/ O' C% E5 K6 g+ h1 y, {
