4 x* r* N5 C9 X, {- j) JAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

2 {! G& C( d+ W$ a) }- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
. W; p; e% c9 R' B- ^- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
, \8 V% o1 e* ^1 ]4 |$ S6 Q: ]- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. . B% [6 g, B. h* S
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.

- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements* R& ?2 R7 o7 z, F3 S
& Z7 b) @7 G/ F" ]; U$ X- Previous supervisory experience & D" G! {' B! u* @. u
- Strong leadership skills ; ` O# y: V* s4 @
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma + S# o7 J! w1 x. D/ C
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills % l# y4 b, Q% \( Z+ c4 G5 ~1 Z
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations ) _: k- I" B: N: G" i, ?
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.- Z- Q" j, H q& q
