2003: Sandalwood Management buys mall and starts adding stand-alone stores on "pad locations."$ v4 N* d2 R1 m$ X
4 x( o B# L/ O% MMARCH 15, 2007: First Capital Realty Inc. pays $70 million for Westmount Shopping Centre and plans to demolish part of the shopping centre between Zellers and Shoppers Drug Mart and build a $21-million Home Depot.
