•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger ' [' ~( m4 N+ j0 L' o; I$ Y
•        1 Clove garlic, minced

' w  M5 x% z7 G2 N5 h1 u( v9 a$ K•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
' X) W' R5 B, w1 S8 F•        4 Pineapple slices

1 }7 Z# y: w( f0 q$ u- \In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.* I/ I7 F8 f7 {' i' d: W1 X8 |9 l

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
