Hawaiian Chicken

% Z7 |, [0 t5 N0 m•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey
' k4 u2 o( y1 d•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger % q; i6 I3 L4 t" d8 H- R1 @; R" G
•        1 Clove garlic, minced; Y5 T: ]7 W  c! G& ]5 [) s) [4 ]
•        Pinch pepper
  K3 [- i& ]  c: {5 L6 j. V•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts* q) J, h# |6 e1 @
•        4 Pineapple slices6 O* R& x, ^  w
* W  T) H' c* {; v) w; h' w* B/ e

Preparation
) ]+ x3 Z/ K. K3 n' j  r# w2 G6 e8 N/ L2 R" l) K, O
In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.
! A& w% c: z& d; z0 A5 k& m  _8 y/ g( J
Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.$ e+ z6 E6 Q" [7 m) v
