(b)    authorized to be deducted by a collective agreement that is binding on the employee, or
+ L( N( j) X( J1 ~$ y (c)    personally authorized in writing by the employee to be deducted.


雇主可以这么解释:
mandatory training course deposit - conditional refundable
) g) V$ E( g- T
结论就是，在Employment Standard里面，只要员工authorized in writing，雇主可以扣掉或者暂时hold住，你们读也不读就想当然告诉别人错误的信息。
