Responsibilities and Duties

- Greeting customers and introducing our Japanese products

- Resolving customer issues effectively

; A" k2 Z* S* R' f; @& @- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) quickly and accurately" s! `* Y0 x5 P& k) x

- Receiving shipment, replenishment of stocks W6 b: U8 k, S2 v
, O. q. U( v. V) f) N- Ensure our store is visually appealing at all times

Qualifications and Skills

- Able to effectively communicate in verbal English, second language is a plus

- Excellent customer service and sales skills
