In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
  ?0 @8 o! ^# f& PEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
/ S2 b' }) \6 A' K) BBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
. V! @+ j: c; ~# E; g) ^' V  lEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
/ ^1 s$ d2 G" E7 b' NPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
4 h5 t! f: c/ i& rSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
