最近利率好像涨了不少

最近要续约房贷， 好像利率涨了不少。 TD 给了倆年2.99 fixed rate. 问问屯里有好的推荐吗？

应该有比这个利率好一些的续约利率。给五大银行之一的何经理电话一下，（780）909-2588。 他应该会给你找一个更好的。Good Luck!

It is probably an OK rate, may not be the best. the rate does increased, the other guy said he got 2.5 variable from TD, if you consider variable, it might be a good one, so if the interest rate increase 0.25 each time, it has to be increase 2 times to get 3.0.
