The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
5 a+ U1 @3 k2 T  {3 V$ o• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
1 i, K/ ?% ]* k- B  I+ S• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
: C7 r4 |; g  u9 J& q! l" u• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

: ?6 |) j4 P& X; s7 ]0 \1 LThese additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
& t+ V8 z' R5 L3 G2 `9 h• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
3 x( A  x8 ~3 l, ]• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
