Almost anywhere in the city, but I do n't like downtown core myself. Buy anything with basement suite, so you can rent out two suite for one house.

I saw a 2 bedroom townhouse asking $1500/month, but it is there several months and still not rent out yet.- ^# V* Q5 R# ~8 F0 t
