• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
4 i8 j( ~ K# X% V& {8 j o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003; t/ G$ u5 _9 }7 Y4 s; }
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003 i% W( \4 C Q. A3 |
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
6 z/ p, x7 j- S" L o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003+ t4 ^# p j \) G4 N
o Microsoft Operations Manager
/ j! R p# p/ C o VMWare Virtual Server solutions6 m& z- I& A/ t8 [) V
o Linux based operating systems
4 T* D: ?: N, _# x1 J" l8 ` o Sun Solaris operating systems; F$ {; \$ T( b6 \+ y
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience, H, R# I4 @9 ?1 ^! P; z* i/ o
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.: {; X" K+ {% X. ^2 f% i# G5 Z+ y9 @
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
# Y& E. I# A4 @- ~6 D( L• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
{! C; w U& w1 }platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft/ H n; j+ Q) Q/ V6 `8 I' j
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; o5 t& X7 N8 G$ Y4 G- `• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.3 E4 L8 Q+ }/ P- L0 M, O* l8 @
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects' C8 D4 b- O+ X. h3 e$ w: U S2 N
