8 N+ Y- u3 t" C+ l: T. @2 D7 D• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
9 c( y: Y) p) @+ _( a* y2 v   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
. O$ {% L  A* i, J4 q$ Q8 s7 n   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
3 r1 J2 s& T! Q! P) V; }; x  ^   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
6 A- v) X1 `8 \4 n   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
; M& P/ Z0 w3 `) `) Q+ R2 l" y2 z   o Linux based operating systems
! C  a' F" n+ O# W8 m   o Sun Solaris operating systems
- o4 t5 G# H2 M. I0 v2 t; z, n# s   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
  w2 ^6 O1 Z- U2 n8 }+ j2 h' q" ?• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
& H) m% k/ Q. ?: _5 A2 H% h' E• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

' o7 `) @, }8 s" @% k• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
' Z, T! z6 M5 o# z• Ability to work in a team environment

   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

% W! |$ y, D! X$ t• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
6 ]  j2 U1 x6 `7 r2 N, s$ x• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
