SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
- ~* o9 x' W5 A: K- Z  V" U   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
: I8 |- M1 `+ w: S   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
. @' s; `4 C& |4 e9 [   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
# J2 u$ S" {1 p  i! |   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
8 x3 d, P- p& q# O/ u0 p   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
8 O- }3 i, k; D: r0 V6 s6 R5 M• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
( H8 @+ c4 M* ^4 \• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

) {( I  [2 N/ n- xSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

  E  X, J. d( D# kSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
7 h, g' S, }: r( k7 H% z- \0 Y• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
' A( ~1 _( c: ~; U) C, `2 \7 ]• Excellent written and verbal skills
/ C4 q4 w% W" ?/ A% l• Ability to work in a team environment
( e) N0 ?9 L9 K9 h; d' u• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
0 \0 N% _3 z3 z/ n   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
" W, R: B) d  @# K1 ?; Q$ j   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
6 k$ _$ K) ~# K/ F8 M3 F   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
% c8 k' |5 o/ k5 N, q/ o/ \• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
! [; V$ ~0 [  d  K• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
- j6 J  K! o! Q! h• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
