RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:; i! E8 q8 I' B* k( a: i% W& D) |8 J
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
8 [& F s) o' [' s3 D% x( ]1 N o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20033 n' N* U+ F$ m; N+ ]- D
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
: ^" i1 b: d) r o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 20003 O/ a. A6 ]# q, r
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
* w! ~' Q6 L0 y3 v8 O' ? M) b o Microsoft Operations Manager
4 l$ r3 \* P* B1 T" m% s$ q o VMWare Virtual Server solutions. w' h4 R6 F% S; M1 [
o Linux based operating systems% d, f6 V& ^, a) {, s
o Sun Solaris operating systems6 P+ i3 j6 y% L1 d
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
/ f! H- l, i0 C3 Y$ ?8 Z• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.: q* _0 X5 f5 ^/ e P, k
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
# _. w0 A j7 y4 D! n6 x7 a0 f• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
$ J4 @6 L% v3 ]( H1 w: d4 V% R2 _platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft, B) p, A7 R( G. j. J% s
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.5 e# V/ c$ V: U3 T
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
2 W k: B/ X$ \• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge, t9 u( J3 [# I
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
& f, _! F' \, b$ z" u; ^• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.* F5 D' ~0 j7 l. O
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005: B' H+ W0 S9 U* d
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
9 a* n0 ~6 G8 w j• Have led medium to large sized projects
