• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
! L+ q4 f; q5 M& f o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
& g" Q% w- i& |$ T2 q4 q: ? o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003$ h. [8 k1 t+ B1 G: ~
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
- A9 K1 g* r: u o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003( z% G# O# H0 z; @% V, V4 v, E) n
o Microsoft Operations Manager
6 H; `1 o0 q0 L3 ~ o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
" q9 z! s+ b! z- S- ^8 q6 M! L M o Linux based operating systems
& D9 s& `/ K i o Sun Solaris operating systems
3 [3 E3 a& V$ L3 h9 l o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
% X$ s: y& ]: R6 g6 ]• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc." T6 D; p% E0 x* `/ ^2 V
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls8 b6 M. j& i/ }; d
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
) A( j/ t7 C% h3 l4 V- I3 mplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
( B }" Y1 C7 oSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge' O% t& j$ B/ L( }2 k- m! w
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' k W2 V1 H/ u3 j% B' j• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects
