夏秋尤其舒服，我们几乎天天都腿儿着去西茂逛街溜娃，穿过学校playground旁边的幽静小路就到WEM了。公寓楼旁边还有一个square，里面有小超市，shoppers和牙医诊所（有位很nice的华人牙医）。交通四通八达，公车直达UA大学。

公寓本身的楼层位置也特别好，是二楼的Corner unit，采光通风极好。两间卧室都朝南，大客厅+餐厅有朝南+朝西一共三面大窗，其中朝南落地窗通往大阳台。还有一个像den一样的超大储藏室！带一个停车位。水暖和网络[/b]都包在租金内。物业还不错，客厅落地窗的大百叶窗帘、厨房炉灶和浴室水龙头都在我入住期间免费更换了新的。

+ o; t- x9 c9 `% b! d& G谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。
