EDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

2 f, l8 ~4 E3 f' bThe woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.
