主要工作职责：

) w, R0 x8 p1 xJob Duties

$ v/ w2 T# ~+ d! Q* q-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
. s! {* `( G+ M. ?- `-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
  s: u' }+ o" Q3 b1 t-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
( @0 U# {! e* f7 X+ T) n! C" A-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
