十一月独立屋销售均价上涨3.95%

2 h4 T9 b. i9 q+ K* k0 ]5 P11月份，大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%，为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496，双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份，为2016年单月第二高。( g( C+ Z7 x3 \8 { ^$ L
