Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
# n+ O7 c: f5 g! hWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
4 I8 z4 N" }/ P2 b8 X4 O•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
$ M8 B+ o/ \' |7 I•        Prepare financial statements
•        Prepare corporate tax returns
! K- {; @9 ^" h! ]5 r8 `4 i•        File GST returns
•        Process payroll
•        File T4/T5 returns
# T9 d$ k8 F" H, B8 A: J5 n* y•        Prepare personal tax returns
/ l+ y3 r! Z; h8 P3 b5 w1 ]- t•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

, u2 t4 y! B0 o: mThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

9 O: J! T6 M9 m4 nConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

我不是找工作的，自己有想过读书读这个专业，只是想了解一下这行。

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

9 ?, g* h+ A0 c# p! B" I  H+ N6 Z这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
