石棉不是重金属，而是硅酸盐纤维。建筑材料中如果含有石棉，空气的粉尘中会有石棉纤维，而石棉纤维是已经证明了的强致癌物之一。

自然是移除的钱，换新的上千而已。你移除是需要找专门移除石棉的专业公司，这个可不是随便找个人就可以的。你要是验房验到这个东西，如果不是立马准备推倒，出租出去的话你可是承担法律风险的。除非对方肯把移除的价格给补给你，否则还是别给自己找事了。
