埃德蒙顿住宅市场价格持续稳定

; N3 W$ \ k! ~3 E x; W2 Q# w埃德蒙顿8月3日报道：所有住宅的平均售价为$384,504持续保持强劲，比上一个月上升了2%，比去年上升了3%。独立屋平均价格为$450,366比上一个月和去年都上升了3%。公寓因为六月份一些豪华户型的销售，七月份的平均价格回落到$257,482，比上一个月下降了2%，与去年持平。双拼/联排的平均价格为$348,050，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月下降1%。

“七月份的销售量有着明显的下降， 五月和六月仍然为一年之中最为繁忙的月份，每年我们都能看到销售量在七八月份有所减缓，而在九月份又有所上升”埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到“销售速度与销售量的下降是没有问题的， 积极地一面是，充足的房源，这将给买家们带来更多的选择”。

7月新房上市量为2895套，比上一个月下降了5%，比去年同期下降了7%。 截止月底有8048套住屋仍在埃德蒙顿市场上，比上一个月的的8179套有所下降，比去年的7226套，2015年6月的7177套和2014年6月的5609套均有上升。
