Key Responsibilities:
% l% R# L$ g7 ]•        Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
: f3 y4 r5 [. e- w1 [+ L6 L. f•        Post advertisement
+ a; _5 H1 H- S' N) l•        Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.% s9 H" s7 C% h" v6 f
•        Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
4 B- J0 o6 O8 I2 r8 m* j* c/ o+ u1 \•        Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
1 m; ~0 B& g8 l9 D; K- x. z•        Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
5 q7 L; B2 T# x# Z- z•        Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.  H% N3 O% ^% [8 y
•        Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents., M3 m2 F& z( F: I
•        Perform route inspections as required.8 O! _0 I! u6 h
•        Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).) Y( a0 q& i1 z5 ]6 U
•         Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
: [; p* {$ e3 @0 R3 J, K' a•        Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.2 a& E7 X% _+ c8 I  r; D
•        Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
" j- `5 M# }- o6 Z+ ^% N•        High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
7 z$ R. ?0 e+ f* p9 o3 k•        Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
# |; @% y, k! b) L9 }/ W# F3 }6 P•        Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
5 g8 H4 u% R# _" g•        Strong interpersonal and organizational skills/ E4 r# p; j' O5 a& {6 G& `
•        Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal' S; R- t( @& V- L
•        Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license6 y: z% E  W0 _) C
•        Proven customer service and resident relation skills
0 H- p& h9 ~- F/ H8 v•        Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
+ k' S. z6 I. D* Y# b& C•         Security clearance required upon offer of employment( V; e1 Q6 F- y. ]9 M) i3 W. |) k: q7 U
•        Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
