Key Responsibilities:
- J- C( v5 I+ L3 d2 P•        Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.& @) X( f  f9 E# N. `
•        Post advertisement1 S5 |3 h7 Y- f1 K" b* e
•        Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.* u/ ~' a: k5 ~6 [- ^; M
•        Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
3 ^" Y+ N5 ~/ g. F•        Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
* C9 a! C3 x. e# A, w•        Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database., H0 z- c0 }4 ~! x0 Q7 H
•        Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.% E9 b% t: P  ?, A& p% j
•        Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
, z  W  u8 m) S% V/ R! v5 m•        Perform route inspections as required.
" b0 C/ @1 Q9 [, {" l•        Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).1 @+ q) y$ d1 L! e5 p( p2 F
•         Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
/ s' k) z' V; S( g+ n" i•        Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.( s+ E9 R( T: H: f" d- d% {; G
•        Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

4 J+ T: d! O5 m  d; HRequired Skills & Abilities:) U/ l4 Z6 O% L' S! m/ g
•        High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
5 H, d6 U$ u5 d% ]$ h•        Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
9 U) W, t) P* x/ \6 `•        Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
/ I! V$ ^9 a8 {; b•        Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
: @- b) y, ?/ A! G•        Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal: K" k" P' e* ]# `- k# y
•        Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
4 J9 v( S# F- [" _•        Proven customer service and resident relation skills
* `- ]  H+ s% b+ N! {! g! w0 I% y. b( \, H•        Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required. t+ i. r" a2 A) o
•         Security clearance required upon offer of employment! D6 k; W" E$ }6 R2 Q: t: C7 V  c
•        Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy5 s+ ]5 }4 @; i: X
•        Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment6 D3 l2 r5 u, m5 |# F, Y6 M9 d. t
•        WORK AT HOME (Southwest Edmonton only)
