Key Responsibilities:
& X# E5 q( S/ W/ h• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.0 m) _' |5 R8 b
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
. i" y! N- L! X; m, k. `% f• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.% z$ y% l% F; z l
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
$ {, i" N' w) u' J$ U0 Z• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
+ `9 Y$ E# {/ n% d! i! f• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
' F! g7 K, z2 U/ s& a• Perform route inspections as required.
! I) d) N* u6 w; l3 v• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
: r/ E# u7 o) ~. _: J• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.; u4 B- ]9 D/ d/ R
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.7 W+ m" y8 c3 ?+ f
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.3 L% G- J8 g( i, i% p4 C

Required Skills & Abilities:
/ k5 g( O1 B- l# N% E4 X0 s- u• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset7 }4 _) N9 _4 q7 a9 Q: O
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred1 |$ F" d' D1 m6 ]% g' t. M
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)" o$ k: X$ Z; a, g6 r, k
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
/ G- j7 Z* Z: _ ~• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal+ C1 D( S: V+ p a
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license- ?% p" t2 g+ _/ B: `* x; U
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills8 s& Z0 y% J: I: p( B9 A* |
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
