Key Responsibilities:
- J- C( v5 I+ L3 d2 P• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.& @) X( f f9 E# N. `

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.* u/ ~' a: k5 ~6 [- ^; M
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
3 ^" Y+ N5 ~/ g. F• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
* C9 a! C3 x. e# A, w• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database., H0 z- c0 }4 ~! x0 Q7 H
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.% E9 b% t: P ?, A& p% j
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
, z W u8 m) S% V/ R! v5 m• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
/ s' k) z' V; S( g+ n" i• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.( s+ E9 R( T: H: f" d- d% {; G
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
5 H, d6 U$ u5 d% ]$ h• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
9 U) W, t) P* x/ \6 `• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
