• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.% D) k* }% y- W
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
& o) U, w' A4 z L0 J9 r o& ?; Y• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.* U2 {' Z. G' G) e
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database." W# ~4 [) w- v& G3 V0 @
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
* J' ^3 V) A4 d7 G3 ^• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
3 F0 l H/ d X) X' n• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
* Z# f% ^# \( f. B$ e1 V• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation., @& ]: s% p+ v, C$ Q8 ?% F$ g6 F- O
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
6 e- @0 f# k+ r) l g! a• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset+ {8 ?5 Z+ {6 v8 k; T5 ~
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
, Q1 e/ F: M/ N6 y$ x• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)5 x: Q9 N$ O! x$ U5 z, G
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
% T8 B' w* U& Y3 k# X( L• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
6 e; v3 ], b; y1 s5 G* G• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license0 q S/ B( l+ T% K- ~
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills- _1 Z' G3 q$ c
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required. E, U; O7 C7 q$ y" J; i
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment2 c5 _# Y7 Z7 ^( j
