• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

$ O G, H" E3 v% _ C( b4 _4 d' J• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.1 P( L0 B. R6 [
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
8 h F2 v' r/ U, O• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.3 }% ?4 u! E: `6 L( @
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
3 }: P0 I4 W3 K. ^1 {1 X8 l5 q' Y• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
7 U: ?, Y2 t( B0 w• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

! Y! B8 z1 J( X& F7 X4 Q2 n• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).' N2 B& D4 W) M
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
9 I. E* s5 D; T; E3 r5 Z• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- I' @0 }! S4 m. {2 Z) c• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
+ H2 N8 `. I3 }1 s# B; u• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred- \+ y W7 ~1 \1 y7 ?
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)) \* G; K* ^: a3 p) P; J
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
0 Z# T2 \/ x8 s q• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
9 C2 H7 }; k5 n% ]6 b• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required9 L+ X8 e& b2 l5 \) y4 Z) {. j
