Problem with air condition system in my van

Toyota Sienna 2004 CE model in August 2003. Yesterday I found the heat system does not work (it worked for last winter). The settings I did are: Air Condition--> Off, Air Intake --> off (means taking fresh air), Air Fan: Medium speed, Air Temperture: Warm (red side), Air Flow --> (ground or feet).

- W7 t% G0 p( W6 {3 Y. A6 RWhat could possible be wrong or need to be checked beside sending it to dealship garage?

I appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Thx. Sent it to the dealer. The problem was with radiator. They are replacing it. We will go pick the van up this afternoon.
