Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.1 ]0 G- R$ U7 K' |, r

: j& x; m N1 L' D8 q2 G# qEssential Duties and Responsibilities:' W' q+ @1 k1 V& [0 O
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.8 K* M f( a! q5 j! y) B3 c/ {
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.1 a% F. v" V+ K7 D4 L+ e/ Z8 h$ H# \
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation." s0 {. X# F. e& J% k% j0 Q' y& {
· Manages report database.
" X" i# g2 E' n5 a4 a# N· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.+ J. f: E4 d& N3 n1 N/ d
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
$ C+ f8 n$ _9 G· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:/ a3 N: ?% j6 s4 v* [2 C5 V
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

% C4 m3 \. P' c" _Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.; f( U; }+ v/ f) R" h' t3 J
