Job Summary:
% I) O* y2 x. f8 S& E" YProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.0 d5 f4 \& c% I0 }: x$ w9 k

. x. c F+ [1 NEssential Duties and Responsibilities:4 s2 u% @/ T6 D
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.; ]" W+ n- ~& ^' y* s6 }, O( T
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.* h1 c! y1 P( w# V' A( A
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

Knowledge and Skills:
+ R3 B6 L+ R* T2 j: o, p+ p2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.5 `& q% M, p' @
