Job Summary:
; Q, |1 w" S9 q# E7 \0 fProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.+ n: d- l4 D5 c/ t, l% X: r/ d K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. [5 q5 C* a- C( H$ K
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
6 {, O n6 H8 k5 C9 g0 x0 j5 ]· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness." ~/ D D. W0 y! g: z: v
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.' x# u, ]$ t! V3 d1 _% q/ x4 O
· Manages report database.
0 e! a6 I i: O/ [· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
% j+ M9 b- w7 n· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.$ E- m! l; T- \5 [, ^
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:; S2 y% c, |- b7 ?0 c
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.2 ]. ]+ V2 P) Z
0 k+ o. X' g% W3 Y+ E# ICertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.3 h8 V2 C! W, W

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
