Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
; e. P, c$ c. I3 ^· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
9 ?+ {/ i: }& D* G· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.9 x: ~( A! T' X& z, }
· Manages report database.
7 }# h, }: K. S# @! o· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.9 B3 p/ g1 n. r! v0 g( ?# ~
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files." _( h& c2 {3 k4 i; W; k
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& a8 y- @1 Z- ?7 \ c% f

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.8 ^- m" ^; R' P' k2 X- A9 p" r$ Y

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
