Job Summary:
/ ?, f: i8 E0 w- TProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.' Z$ H2 B2 F. A/ A; O: x

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:, U1 Q/ `: b, [2 q9 N' B
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.1 G0 D& D* E7 Z4 X
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness. t. f2 H3 t; }# V; [
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation., _9 Z9 o F9 E1 M ]7 P8 x
· Manages report database.- M7 f S& w& g% \5 t
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.# o, C; z/ F& C& t: \8 u
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files. {% `1 r+ b* t. d* I
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
, R# M' ~0 U$ |* f1 J4 @0 [9 l8 k2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset./ |; h" Y1 d; e0 [7 C
- o& z: D* v9 C" r _/ i& M; A7 D8 tCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
