Additional Academic Requirements that may be completed after applying to the program:

5 W+ P- s6 U8 d    5 or more credits of post-secondary Human Anatomy and Physiology or Human Physiology completed within 5 years of the application deadline with a final grade of 60% or greater. The NAIT Continuing Education Course that meets this prerequisite requirement is ANPH100 Anatomy and Physiology.
% j) J; k- p; |' E  e' q8 P3 C1 j    1 credit of post-secondary Medical Terminology completed within the last 5 years of the application deadline with a final grade of 60% or greater OR completion of NAIT's Medical Terminology challenge examination with a minimum 60% pass. You can take ITMS100 - Medical Terminology to meet this prerequisite requirement.

0 n3 c7 w" e" H7 z5 W6 D2 dNOTE: It is not a requirement for the 2 post-secondary pre-requisites of Human Anatomy & Physiology and Medical Terminology to be completed by the application deadline; however, proof of course completion with a passing grade of at least 60% MUST be submitted to the student application file by July 31st . In addition, applicants who are placed in the hold file for potential late acceptance into the program must also provide documented proof of completion of these 2 post-secondary pre-requisites to their NAIT application file by July 31st.
