+ b, b& X+ o+ x, g, F9 B• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
, V& U2 q: r ~9 J P$ k- p, ]" P$ E• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
$ d7 f3 Q% I: Y* o+ m• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible# g6 b+ A# D3 A0 m
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

_; U) R/ z! s: J• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role. @5 k c6 [) U' }6 ?
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
" W& V, b3 l7 w" R8 O1 L8 D, q• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
( X7 `: g; M0 ~& A7 r• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers9 B' C; v' i4 _; A1 l! Y: m
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)$ t. O# F/ u2 f0 W2 b+ }! F
