好心提醒同事工作中的一个小问题，他的回答是：这有什么，就算错了，也不至于被开除
当时想回应：算我多事，
可不会说。

can't use QQ at work, at home? don't even have time to use QQ.
really prefer wechat, so whenever I have an english question, ask and get help instantly ( wish)

在工作中和日常生活中，除非被要求，指出别人的错误相当于说you are an idiot！对方很生气，后果很严重。所以你的同事才会变得defensive。即使上级对下级也都是很客气的。当然如果别人侵犯你了，那要另当别论。

8 V* H0 B5 C" T7 t, b! i我不明白为什么会有这种观点，如果是我，感激还不及呢，不说今后不再犯同样的错，何况我之所以指出他的错，是因为这事件直接联系到Manager.
我还以为他会感谢我，可能他正是有这种观念，所以才那样回答我。

相信我，这是铁律。
& a) m: Z( b! ^+ u6 S即便是有人要求你指出不足，也要小心为上。最好是Sandwich样式的，1 夸奖一下，2 就事略微指出不足，强调不足是一时没注意的人人都会犯的错误，3 再夸奖一下他们做的一直好。
