7 A: }9 x4 Y* d6 QEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
! b# X% F  z  o! F" P% s* T, t•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
1 u, j+ L8 j  ]  B•        Proficient computer skills
% r  E7 L, k# v0 u5 D$ \) G, _•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
•        Required language: English and Mandarin.
