2015年平均房价和库存量上升，而销售量下降. i% J& t4 ?+ A8 s- @
6 C+ f) B9 ]$ U/ {& D埃德蒙顿2015年1月5日报道：2015年埃德蒙顿通过MLS住宅房的销售量比2014年下降了9%，但比2013年上升了1%。这一销售量的下降体现在各类房屋类型上，除了双拼和联排屋的销售量上升了6%，独立屋比去年同期下降了9%，而公寓的销售量则下降了13%。2015年的销售量为17298个单元，而2014年则为18991个。5 ^5 y& T: f |+ Q9 f
