i have a old car, lowbean do not work or same as daytime light.  can i open high light instead of the lowbeam in the evening?

You can not use high beam in the city.

3 U9 R* h3 K' j" WIt would be a big hazard if you turn on the high beam light.

你还是去修一下灯吧,在市里开大灯肯定被人按喇叭,或用灯闪你,被警察看到了等着交罚款吧.

- v4 ^5 W. G3 O0 s" p0 b3 Q忘了说了。我的high beam 比他认得lowbeam亮不了哪去。能否开？？？修车厂说lowbeam没坏，只是车较老，但我开了lowbeam后比较dattime light 根本没区别。
