# j5 q5 P$ J: X. A/ }) Dhey im trying to rent out our big bedroom for 625 a month, it has its own bathroom in the room and a walking closet, pretty spacious used to be shared by a couple before they moved out.
6 r2 B" q6 v4 D9 @) J3 f0 Rwashing machine and dryer inside the suite, we had some furnitures like tv and bed n stuff but they're kinda old i was gonna throw them out unless you wanted it. idealy looking for some one chill in their 20s that has a habit of cleaning after them self like we do.

# `; Q3 Z& ?! x7 L6 l- p  pim currently living with a friend that i grew up with, we're both chinese but grew up here. both dudes and we're pretty chill. pretty much he likes to read and i like to sing at bars. occasionaly 420 now and then, he lives in the small room while i live in the living room(made a cover for privacy), with a pretty chill cat his quite friendly every one likes him. the suite is pretty clean cept the carpet isnt great we've been living here for awhile, like some wine stain n stuff couldnt get it out. we smoke in doors theres a built-in-roof-suction-fan-thingy for smokers and i usally leave the window open for fresh air cuz heating's pretty cheap. pretty much thats all i can think of off the top of my head gimme a text if you have any questions?
