Perform a variety of routine tasks related to the maintenance, and shelving of Library materials and may perform routine (non-public) circulation duties as part of the branch team. 4 B6 I+ r! t" ~4 P

/ q) r# n9 e1 s$ V" G4 tCompletion of GED (General Equivalency Diploma) is essential. Ability to comprehend and use the Dewey Decimal System is essential. The ability to work and interact positively and effectively in a team environment is essential. Essential is the ability to regularly perform a variety of physically demanding tasks, including pushing book trucks and lifting various materials up to 40 lbs. Experience in a library setting, particularly paging, is an asset. Some experience with personal computers is an asset.

Approximately 17.5 hours per week – varied schedules

Salary Range

Shift differential may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement./ f$ \5 N! V) @0 m7 E0 `! z
The final settlement of rates of wages and working conditions is being negotiated. The resultant rate of wages shall be retroactive to the date of the appointment.
