Under direct supervision, perform circulation services and assist in collection management and maintenance activities as directed.

Minimum academic requirement is completion of Grade 12. A minimum of one year’s experience in library or related customer service work is essential. A strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment are essential. A working knowledge of personal computers in a Windows environment and mousing/keyboarding skills is essential. Must be physically able to carry out the requirements of the position.

The final settlement of rates of wages and working conditions is being negotiated. The resultant rate of wages shall be retroactive to the date of the appointment. ; |8 Z8 Y( ^' v: Q: F
