7 E5 T4 w% k: o8 ]. \. b5 R- h埃德蒙顿10月2日消息：整个埃德蒙顿地区9月份所有住宅的总销售比去年同期下降了6.76%，而平均价格比去年同期仅下降了1%不到。独立房的销售下降了9.72%，公寓同比2014年9月继续下降了9.07%，然而双拼/联排比去年同期增长了17.21%。

- e/ ]- \: z. a' x+ F “爱城房市的强劲，预示了我们市场仍保持着稳定，”房产经纪协会主席Geneva Tetreault解释说。“买家仍能体会到充足的挂牌数量所带来的好处，相反，卖家也并没有为了成交而降价销售。去年的市场保有低数量的挂牌，这使得买家对于报价自己喜欢的房子，颇有压力。而今年，我们可以看到买家会话更长一些的时间做决定。”
