得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

What is an open work permit?

5 L) @4 t, v' p$ D9 TAn open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
7 h- L; S9 Z& R9 l" M  ^proof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
7 j1 q  D# }( R% Z# c2 H2 Vpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
