Correct.  If the car lease is worth $48,000.00 of lease payout, the guarantor should have $48,000 of your money deposited in a trust account, in case you walk away.

if buyer has $48000 cash to buy, why he/she needs 担保？

这年代居然还有车行要担保人。
很多车行连信用记录都不用。
3 ~. |4 }# N3 z  y, X2 z6 p9 ~坏信用记录，破产的都可以买车。换家车行吧。

! }$ Z& z; k2 F6 i% m这里贷款要看信用记录的，不用信用记录的大多都是高风险高利息，坏信用破产的要付25-35%的利息。
