The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

) a U+ y8 z( D- `! aCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 M% C) `& h) i4 ^6 j5 x- MWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies6 b7 g$ }8 x! N7 a$ D) S5 H$ i
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines! x3 y; m ^/ B+ x
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;$ ?9 C2 T& x% `' `1 w* N8 C
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 H- }2 h0 k' e. N0 \: z4 y8 {Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;& E: P" \( N1 M) `
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.7 A+ O, J8 \" L
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Compensation and Benefits
