We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Write and post advertising for various job vacancies

Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
" D- S4 c% g9 x1 tOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
5 F: d. E( S% @: GEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 b" S. ]& C3 w- {
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
