3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
4。E TEST AND Safty Certification

其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

4 M% a; y, r( o5 NSafty Certification在哪里做，要多少银子？

Safty Certification在精工汽修就可以做，网站VIP会员30块钱。
