1. Incline bench press;' D% P$ ^, y3 D" P& o
2. Decline bench press;( K4 ^2 g/ X1 ]+ ?! b7 C
Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.8 W3 M1 b- z. c+ Q }. k0 z( K
4 E1 u- U- Q, _# U' u; Z0 ^8 c( Y) o3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.
