Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
9 E' f6 [1 b' a, lKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
* b  e8 O0 z7 z2 @1 RStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
/ m4 O% S4 ~5 a1 s; x5 e; v4 uAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
% L. {4 f% w8 D8 m5 k' wPrevious banking experience would be an asset
) s0 d5 V# J9 }' u9 ?Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
