Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
$ R& E% a1 r0 B) `Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
5 k  }9 J: ]+ Q" l% p$ d0 @9 e! k4 d; pAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& L/ d% h% h9 O; KManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
# b& K4 u! }# {: }Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
" O( ?3 W: ], F: fEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;& |# q, `* E. f6 l! s
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
3 R$ n# y! ~2 _- UConduct all work within established time standards;+ J9 _8 G0 j! j8 v/ q% y) Z  A

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;* l5 D2 j0 a% z
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;9 z; C& T, C( V; _/ H, J
Time management skills are critical;
: m8 K5 Z1 D  H. OAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
% E% b; u. V1 `( o9 A+ m; ]% g; w0 [Attention to detail and accuracy;
4 |* ?) D( x- P' T& M$ jStrong organizational and computer skills;
, A3 y0 u  L* z. _Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
4 I/ D0 O3 B: y4 u7 J/ e) y# ~Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
+ Y: e7 B  g8 `8 ~Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
7 o+ n1 t2 F0 A7 u) D9 ^$ n% LAbility to work with minimal supervision;
, B) m' o8 m3 f! @) F/ o8 ?) YSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
