The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
( o5 c7 N6 ^6 d; j0 n( `4 DWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies) s( f: x1 g# @2 ]. q( M! P" d
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
. Z- N3 }6 U) }Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) y* a% \, b" w) U
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
$ r5 r9 R5 t- N0 ZEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database; g8 Z9 |* Y2 S) s& j
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., ^" C V6 y) u# f a L$ x
Conduct all work within established time standards;: Q$ }6 {$ X6 }

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Time management skills are critical;. F# E( t, V% e0 p
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;! T9 Q. L. f d+ g, q

Strong organizational and computer skills;
