8 m+ z" G0 @. Q+ A) hWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

& [% L- ^/ f) \& j: E$ v4 [0 GCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments2 Y+ O* K# r! }! u
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
" L* |; M) l9 k: T7 e' {' f( wAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
: Y$ Z9 ]- l1 H/ z/ ^Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
* y- H/ s# ]7 }Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;9 y+ ]4 {: r4 }0 g1 R7 x& m: e0 I
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;2 P$ c! a" \( V! [7 F) `
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.& F; ?8 v! K2 P) Q2 C$ T
Conduct all work within established time standards;2 z, e1 ^( M8 W% c+ w3 p$ m- i

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
8 t) ]5 c( c) q. U" xAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

+ T, B: n6 p( ^Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;. o, f% G# k) j) r0 K3 L
Attention to detail and accuracy;
* O. @6 r& d% b7 N4 ~Strong organizational and computer skills;; }. V8 x0 z. s
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
) l* G" \2 L) w6 ZComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;: s2 }7 `# s4 q# r6 o& V
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;% @ U% }# i, X( n( i( _
