We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

/ y1 t" M% N% n- s9 ?8 EPrimary Responsibilities
# o4 C5 R2 R. }' R7 i# L" r  q5 Z; O. v: A& M6 O; w0 i
$ T* w7 @- H% n7 ^) S/ O* R
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
! l8 Y) N+ p6 P5 m7 ~5 AWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
' w5 }! }4 |0 R' z3 ~' I- TAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 {0 Q% V1 p0 [$ {# MManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;9 t4 f8 a/ c8 X- b& J3 i* k
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
+ c+ e+ c3 _+ a$ A/ m9 r8 VEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
" Z* d( h+ |2 I6 j4 xConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
% [; A$ c7 J' v9 DConduct all work within established time standards;2 [1 k8 C8 ?% V
Essential Knowledge and Skills
+ n! v# U) t. G1 W
; N: v4 c, f. R+ m, E6 u* D- w9 N1 H# {8 l9 H5 m/ i+ D, M
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;- V+ o/ E3 V0 C* r% O
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;# S9 }4 c! g; b
Time management skills are critical;
- e5 m# J9 F9 UAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;$ T* N- ^! V$ D$ u+ L" C/ X& I
Attention to detail and accuracy;
! d" w1 X0 N/ f# Y, SStrong organizational and computer skills;
* o$ U3 T' [$ R% v' Y0 \( h8 LExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
; \$ i6 k2 A0 M! Q" T+ FComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;1 n: V3 ?1 M3 M2 ^
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
9 w- Q3 \& B* c+ ], zAbility to work with minimal supervision;
( W# `- u* p9 CSelf-directed and highly motivated; and; h  _$ W# E$ T  U$ _- J
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.( b1 g" W5 y9 t! J4 r2 x& x8 G

; ^: Q4 Y7 N) ^( c" u5 S" lHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
