Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

* i) `& c$ H5 G1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
! C2 ~) O7 @$ W/ S2 X1 U6 o3 n9 a8 A2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
8 k J1 B+ N( b# d4 p( D5 I" u3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems# I2 g6 x/ d- I, @( S4 Z6 d% C4 y
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
/ h: _4 X* ~# x+ u# z5 T* e& g5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.4 ?& U" Q. K+ z3 F/ C/ Q' L; C
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents

Qualifications
9 \4 q" [( t4 @4 {1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
& b3 q* t6 C& p/ x4 E9 m: i2. University degree or college diploma
# d/ {2 r! F1 r5 ^3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
" }% E4 F" I9 d& A4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines7 F8 y' `& i }$ m$ P0 n
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details+ z) F1 L6 F( z' P% O
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner# V% u! y- c: i4 I I4 W' A7 I- i
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
$ t- k% E0 H M/ [# M8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
$ f L1 l8 N' A# X* `9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset; y* F6 s$ k4 n2 U7 _. W1 n3 k
