卖房后的税表中, T776怎么填：
ACB of the depreciable capital property in this class: =（买入价+费用）*80% building?
ACB of the dispositon
有什么区别？

for building:
ACB of the depreciable capital property in this class: =（卖出价-费用）*80% building?
ACB of the dispositon =( 买入价+fee)*80%?

ACB = Adjusted cost base = cost of the house when you first bought it (买入价) + large renovation to the house.
Proceed of disposition = Selling price = 卖出价
Outlays & expenses from dispositions = (卖出费用)
I don't know why you have 80% though?
