Making a complaint to the Alberta Dental Association and College
2 F& ^" A! x+ l' h" s, h" `We encourage you to make every effort to resolve your concern directly with the dentist involved before making a complaint to the Alberta Dental Association and College. Do not delay treatment because you are waiting for the outcome of a complaint.8 r8 T/ j* `! ~+ A0 T) [
) \, s# Z9 _* Q8 J6 l( DIf you do make a complaint to the Alberta Dental Association and College about the conduct of a dentist or a quality of care concern, your complaint must:

be signed by you;

list your contact information including your mailing address and phone number; and

be sent by fax or mail to the Alberta Dental Association and College.
