CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
. F) V+ R2 G8 i) J! R+ \3 F-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

! p" b+ v* S2 Y& `) p. z, hRequirements:
4 i) @9 q2 K& a% T7 s& c5 V-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
0 Z! P$ t9 H* U% @  [5 j3 B-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
