请教有谁知道Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement怎么计算？

As long as lower than a certain income level ( single seniors with an annual income of $24,000 or less, and senior couples with a combined annual income of $39,000 or less), it would be a standard certain amount?

还是要dollar to dollar 的扣啊？我听说有个很复杂的公式的，和我们一样有个bracket ?
