Duties & Responsibilities:
3 d# ?1 H) R: P# Y5 x  C
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
; T+ w9 O: D: ^) d- B- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
9 o) ~9 o) m$ G' m: ~. d- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
" ]. R. x% b; }8 M6 ?0 H- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
0 K2 D+ B. ~: S8 \7 K" u- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

8 m1 m0 W; H2 s4 k( h% BQualifications:

$ ^# ~* P% g2 I5 |0 |- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
. ?# e9 f6 `  k, C1 ?- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
