I have been looking into Windermere.
! o1 E& w' H* J9 a9 QMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.

The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes." [4 z7 i" [& }
