如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
) {' H+ y0 E9 Q- N6 P7 ]. V/ M請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
2 \7 i7 ?+ P( w; DThe process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!
# v: G7 E1 K2 c5 k0 U3 bIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.
3 ^* T  d9 e# H6 sAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.

So far , I found a very good Mortgage Specialist . She also introduced me a Lawyers.
