留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
. O' E" d3 V6 A. Z! u# ?2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

0 Z( S0 l3 k$ R9 t9 C% G1 M3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
- M+ x5 D+ J1 Y
1 [3 Y/ C1 l/ V" gyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
& p4 g2 w% o9 i! Jyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
6 S% f4 l& m) Y2 R: ]* P  z" Z% _you must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
