“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and $ ^) o: t; ]2 {1 t; p$ U$ h• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or, L1 i& G$ O5 A
