When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic ; P3 g6 H9 j/ y2 B3 J% u# Kcondition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and ' r3 r+ _" @/ Q1 O• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or 6 `6 H8 V$ o+ h4 B. b [* }• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. 2 [& {0 A7 d, ~, Q1 E5 K' R MIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
