JOB DESCRIPTION1 t5 b/ C. E+ k& n; Y! o
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
# h0 X2 I6 o2 q2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
  o4 \, |% X* [1 O3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
0 f2 P+ M! K! r3 a% |8 B% ]4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ) t; V' s1 q/ V+ j  _% V
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;0 S1 D3 X6 c1 H
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
9 N5 S% z. X$ J" ?- g5 K7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.* x& ^/ t2 U2 s0 {& g; O

* N. }( K, D) A/ }) B' pQualifications:$ d. |" A% _; u
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
) B" Z' {8 E9 D: i# S•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required." i& s, n0 r' [: F& [
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy." I7 j# n6 A3 _  @% B0 i
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
