JOB DESCRIPTION
7 m+ f( Z" ?3 n6 G- x! ?/ R: o* N, i# R1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
" \& S8 j% l5 l2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
. P5 w; B. j- K; v5 U3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
3 E3 w% K5 ?; ?7 ^! p4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
& j) N; T- o) W& w5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;9 O# a, x# A3 o1 U) X3 L/ z
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;   u% U6 {7 v7 e( g" e7 a
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

5 O3 |! p4 y+ |4 SQualifications:
2 I* K, \7 f# Y; b+ z•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment., u1 M# N9 D5 {4 J& I
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
) L3 n) r# M5 e" ~2 k, g) Y3 a# @•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.2 m' Y$ e+ x( R1 I: r
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
