: A( K5 F( F+ b9 @1 }5 C( \$ j1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
$ |# H& f& ~, }7 N) {, u  J# U/ @2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
/ S, X5 [) I# V3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
) p1 m# u  n4 A: c3 S4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; . _! I( j7 M2 Z3 ^( `
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;! U7 q* R, L2 v1 C6 ^) q
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
$ j4 E9 b8 Z9 K7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

6 {& h+ t8 D  O( V  S/ mQualifications:# H% y/ J" F: z9 t
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
6 W! u2 _+ b/ Q8 E' Z# ?•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
7 b' G. m; l, @9 k* e# J•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.- Q9 w2 Q3 w' @* J4 d
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.) ~, _$ N' W# I  {
