- M, L; s( ]/ w0 j7 R8 V' l, t7 |/ b-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

! i! l/ Q9 b+ a% v9 f7 l  jIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

' E& |" z: c% q* b% z% D- QMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

# X$ C0 O( _# j: w* g•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
) X! e1 y: _$ X" [# V! \5 D: |•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
•        Information about community agencies and services.
•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

3.  August  21, 2006 – Sept. 1, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.
4.  Oct. 21, 2006 – Dec. 9, 2006                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
