-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
) m- T" L/ K$ s# D: C, D+ x-  has taken an English language assessment test?
1 [1 `( s2 k6 x-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

  J7 W) f1 G3 W8 [0 n7 oMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

( u/ A1 O" o" @THE COURSE OFFERS:

•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
0 Y3 W7 Y3 W% D( G9 j, l4 n, }•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
•        Information about community agencies and services.
* }8 R& y6 P" v6 l! c- h% G' L6 @3 p•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
1 p9 q- N: h. e1 i•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

Note:         All applicants must attend a pre-registration interview.

1.  May 6, 2006 – June 24, 2006                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.
2.  July 17, 2006 – July 28, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.
3.  August  21, 2006 – Sept. 1, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.
4.  Oct. 21, 2006 – Dec. 9, 2006                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.
5.  Jan. 27, 2007 – Mar. 17, 2007                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
