) B0 E  R2 E4 N# K5 k$ V/ A% a1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
2 s8 b7 q0 d" }. m. X& }2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
9 g+ a4 E) Q9 k, C3 pthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
2 G/ a1 O8 M8 ~& A2 I3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
