1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
9 j4 a3 V" X' X2 y4 J0 i7 {  U2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
/ D* Z* u. U: t$ J# E* F/ [! Hthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
! I5 d/ E2 ?4 x/ d8 b* L0 k3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
