2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
6 i- s. i1 H: A4 H, T3 x3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
5 }8 ?- S) b, Y4 j1 p2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
  M( A1 T. O: D) k' i; c/ z3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
