请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
# C, M7 ~2 _" {5 W8 o! c6 @3 U. S0 z2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
! x: v6 j! n. o1 I4 n/ U1 f3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
